Yeah Yeah I comprehend, another late post!  My internet was down yesterday so I didn’t get a unplanned to write a post for Tuesday’s type.  But trust me, class was a toughie!

Earnest-up:

2 sets of 15 squats, 5 nightspot bomber push-ups, and 5 scorpions
2 sets of agility drills (hopping front-to-back and side-to-side for 30 seconds each) then doing 20 supermans

Workout: Unabated circuit as many times as possible in 15 minutes:

10 Match up Squat Cleans
20 sit-ups

For the cleans Tom said we had to use cross that equaled between a third and a half of our weight.  I went went my typical two 25lb dumbbells.

Notes: As you can see, I was able to finalize 7 full rounds but I had about a minute to spare.  Of movement partial rounds don’t be confident of so I went ahead and stopped at 7 completed rounds.  My shape on the cleans are kinda bad.   A lot of times I was landing-place on my toes with my right foot.  I also wasn’t keeping my elbows exhilarated when I cleaned the weight and I still have bruises from the weights hitting my wrists as a consequence.  The only good thing was that I was exceptionally dropping into the squat but that’s about it.

The sit-ups seemed like a delicate rest but they really weren’t.  The cleans consisted of a lot of vertical mechanism (dropping down and then coming out of a squat), then of undoubtedly the sit-ups consisted of the swinging motion.  In due course I felt a little nauseated and had to cease up the sit-ups.  Of course the fact that they hit the nucleus didn’t  make things characterize oneself as better either!  A surprisingly honest and yet brutal workout.

Skill effort: The Windmill

So it returns!  We worked on the windmill again but this perpetually I seem to be doing it right for the most part.  I hardened a 15lb db for the drill and I think I handled that well.  When I get the befall I’ll probably work on that on my own.  Expectedly that will help with some flexibility issues I have with my sides.
